My name is Theo and I am in my second year at McGill University in Montreal. After living in Douglas Hall last year, I've joined my friends in migrating to the Plateau and getting an apartment. For various reasons, however, all three of my new housemates are women. I am starting this blog to describe the experience of living with one American, one Canadian, and one Frenchwoman.
I'm obviously pretty much the typical American guy. Interests include camping in Mundelein, my Swiss-American heritage, Anglo-Quebeckers, sporadically following the Cubs, and quality newspapers.
Kate, GG, and Genna are my housemates. Kate came to McGill from Westchester, New York, and sometimes sasses me too much. GG is from the south of France and does not understand North American culture. Genna is the only Canadian, from Calgary, and naturally loves oil.
Everyone arrives today. It's crazy.

Theo - you will never be a typical american.
I never knew this existed until running into Sonia at York High Schools Twelfth Night (long story), but it seems good so far... I'm gonna start reading it as often as my moms (once every 4 or 5 months :P, haha)
